- use a Work Order to request and negotiate contractor services, schedule work, and confirm plans
- use a Purchase Order to request items, negotiate terms, expedite orders, confirm delivery dates, and verify receipt
- allow external organizations and contractors to record their time and other details as Maximo Work Order actuals

- Assessments - we'll identify areas of potential improvement, ranging from quick wins to overhauled processes and recommendations for 3rd party tools to enhance your Maximo system
- Training - adding or changing fields, hiding parts of screens you don't need to see, and creating new or cloned applications can all be easily achieved with Maximo's out of the box configuration tools. We provide training in these tools to provide your super users with a cost effective way of keeping your Maximo up to date.
- AMS support - let us be your Maximo administrator and help desk. We'll keep the application running, apply patch releases, provide your end users with first line Maximo support, make minor application changes, manage security settings and user accounts, and liaise with IBM on your behalf where additional support is required.
Origins
P2Insight Inc. was founded by Mike Popovic in 2015.
After working with one of the earliest CMMS systems, ShawWare, in the 1990's, Mike founded PopWare in 1997.
When he sold PopWare to Bell Canada in 2005, it had become one of the largest Maximo service companies in Canada. Bell merged PopWare into Createch, and Mike ran the Createch Asset Management Business Unit for Bell until 2014.
P2Insight grew from Mike's experiences in implementing and enhancing Maximo, and specifically Maximo purchasing functionality.

Our Team
Our team is comprised of Maximo veterans: implementation consultants, analysts, developers, testers, administrators, and support resources who have all spent years working with the application. Through our combined experience of hundreds of projects, we are well-versed in the strategies that different organizations have employed to make Maximo easier to use, more efficient, and more effective.
Not a Maximo Shop?
At present, The Order Hub is fully integrated with IBM Maximo, but we're flexible; if you like what you see and you don't use Maximo, give us a call. We are willing and able to integrate The Order Hub with other purchasing applications, and we'll work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution.
So if you use Oracle, Infor, SAP, eMaint, Archibus, or any other package that includes internal purchase approvals but not external ordering, The Order Hub can work for you, too.
